These are mosaics of the 2017 Bainbridge lidar files. The hillshade and intensity images can be displayed by any image program that does not choke on the size. The actual elevations are in 32-bit floating-point files. Some software will have trouble with it. ArcMap and matlab will import them easily.

ESRI creates a number of optional supplementary files. The .ovr files are "pyramids" for less-than-pixel-scale viewing. We always specify bilinear resampling for shaded relief. You can access all the supplementary files right here.
