LiDAR Data from Other Agencies
(Non-PSLC contract)
These
datasets were flown and processed to specs similar to the
PSLC contract specs. The contracting agencies provided
these datasets to for the PSLC to make them available to the
public. Please contact the contracting agency if you
have any questions or concerns regarding these data.
Users should carefully determine the place-to-place accuracy
and fitness of these data for their particular purposes. For
many purposes a site- and use-specific field survey will be
necessary.
Bathymetric
LiDAR data has also been made available to the public via
the PSLC. If you have any questions please contact the
data originator.
Blue-green Bathymetric LiDAR
Data from PSNERP/JALBTCX - Final data from the
September-October 2003 survey of the saltwater nearshore of
the City of Seattle, WRIA9 (south King County, including
Vashon and Maury Islands), the Lofall reach of Hood Canal, and
Skagit Bay.
Update Policy
As we approve data from the contractor they are
posted here. Areas within many of the bare-earth DEMs can be
improved by further processing of the all-return point data to
better isolate bare-earth points. As we make these improvements we
will upgrade the bare-earth DEMs and derivative images posted
here.
